Its a very cute place! We went there after our safari, and it was the best place to calm down. The rooms look amazing with a lot of lovley details. The shower is warm and the food is amazing! The staff was welcoming us with a juice and we were very glad that chose that acommondation.

Amazing! This place is managed by Frank and his sister, which is well decorated by various plants and wooden furnitures. Full of African elements. All the staff are very friendly and optimistic. They provide delicious traditional Swahili meals for clients. The last day I left early for my international flight, they also offer me a breakfast box. Certainly I have fantastic experience in Serengeti Villa. Good choose for travelers coming to Arusha.

We have now stayed at Serengeti Home twice, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful, and always make you feel like a valued guest. Their hospitality really made our stays special. The room was lovely, cozy, clean and very comfortable. It was a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring Arusha. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the whole property – it feels peaceful, charming and very personal. The dinner was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, freshly prepared and beautifully served. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also used the laundry service, which was excellent – fast, reliable and very convenient. Overall, everything was just great. The combination of the lovely accommodation, delicious food, excellent service and genuinely friendly staff makes Serengeti Home a very special place to stay. Since we have already stayed here twice and had such a great experience both times, we would happily come back again. We can highly recommend Serengeti Home to anyone visiting Arusha and looking for a cozy, welcoming and comfortable place with wonderful hospitality. The stay has been the perfect fit for me and my friend! The rooms and accommodations were wonderful and the staff was very friendly! Nice breakfast in the morning too. You even get a key the front gate so you can go and come as you please without having to make any arrangements. The location is nice - not too far away from clock tower Also it’s located near a lot of small local restaurants where you can eat some nice food 😄

Hilary was so helpful. He helped us to organize our Safari. It was the best 2 days Safari. He was so helpful for all our requests. Everything was perfect 🤩 !(the staff is so helpful and nice, the rooms, the food, the location). I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Arusha. The staff of Villa Poa was very nice and extremely helpful! When we had a problem with a taxi driver one of the Mamas assisted immediately and the problem was soon solved. The Breakfast was very tasty and freshly prepared. Overall it was a great stay!
