It includes a beige L-shaped bed topped with patterned and colorful cushions, a uniquely designed coffee table, a complementary armchair chair, a smart TV, as well as artistic pieces of decorations, plants, and wall-arts. •   The open space living room also includes a round dining area, with a dining table, and four white chairs, nested over a beautiful rounded rug. •   The living room is naturally well-lit, thanks to extensive glass windows letting in natural rays of the sun, and overlooking the wide boulevard and city architecture. •   The place is artistically designed to suit people who enjoy the bohemian vibes, as both furniture and decor fuse perfectly into a masterpiece. •   Fully equipped, upgraded open kitchen with modern appliances like refrigerator, hot water kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, as well as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses and trash cans. •   The kitchen also has a serving hatch to the dining room. •   The apartment is equipped with safety equipment like fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit. •   The apartment has an iron with an iron board, a washing machine, and a drying rack. •   The bedroom features a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and colorful bed covers, wooden night tables with lamps, wardrobe with hangers, as well as a chair and a mirror. •   The apartment offers superior quality linens. •   There are two bathrooms at the apartment; one of which includes a bathtub, a mirror, a washbasin, a toilet.

BUS STOPS NEAR BLVD Heights TOWER 1: Business Bay 2 Bus Station 1 is the closest to the towers, being 3 minutes away, next is Empire Heights Towers 1 with 8 minutes, and Dubai Fountain Street 1, 8 minutes. METRO STATIONS NEAR BLVD Heights TOWER 1: The closest metro station is Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro Station, only 6 minutes away. Residents can also use Financial Centre Station, 10 minutes, and Emirates Tower Metro Station, also 8 minutes away. TRAM STATIONS NEAR BLVD Heights TOWER 1: Dubai Marina Tram Station is the closest to the community, being at 13 minutes away.
