We respect the UAE Laws and working hard to bring the best service to our guests. We speak English and Russian languages. We pay attention of the condition of the apartments, maintaining each unit. All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking. Cleaning is provided before the check-in (along with linens and towels). We spend our time and attention to keep apartments clean and we are waiting the same respect from the guests. Guests should respect the neighbors, as apartments are located in residential towers. So far I am very happy to host in Airbnb as this community brings us perfect guests! Please let us know the arrival and departure time in advance in order to make a smooth check -in and check out. Please provide passport copies of each guests after the reservation is confirmed (as per UAE Law-Dubai Tourism Department requirements) and visa copies at least 24 hours before the arrival as per Dubai Police requirements.

Grocery shops are located in the same building. There are plenty of restaurants in the walking distance. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Singing Fountains are located in 1.5 km away- which is 18 minutes walk or7 min by car. DXB is 17 min by Car ( 14 km away).
