This cozy studio has a sleek interior. It is located on the 21st floor of Arch Tower, has a total area of 41 sqm, and has capacity for 3 guests. The main room features a white queen-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and grey bed covers, with matching cushions and rug, nightstands with lamps, a chest of drawers, as well as paintings and decorations. Next to the sleeping area is a cozy living area, with a navy-blue sofa bed for your extra guest, a coffee table, a TV, as well as decor items. The room is well-lit, as the wall-to-wall glass doors let in natural light, and gives access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, and overlooking the breathtaking city views from above. Next to the living / sleeping area is a nice kitchen filled with wooden cabinets and beige countertops, and has all equipment and tools you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, freezer, refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, wine glasses, and a stove. In the open-kitchen space you can also find a dining table with two chairs. There is one bathroom at the unit; it includes a bathtub with curtain, a washbasin and a toilet, as well as amenities like cleaning products, conditioner, hair dryer, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more. The studio is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine. Our dedicated GS team will be available at the location to assist you with your check-in and check-out procedure.

- BUS STOPS NEAR DUBAI ARCH TOWER: In collaboration with Dubai Road and Transportation Authority (RTA), there is a network of public bus service that operates in JLT on two routes; JLT 1 and JLT 2. A shuttle passes through the community every 20 minutes. - METRO STATIONS NEAR DUBAI ARCH TOWER: Those who rely on the Dubai Metro can use DMCCMetro Station and Sobha Realty Metro Station, which are 3 minutes and 5 minutes away from the building, respectively. - TRAM STATIONS NEAR DUBAI ARCH TOWER: Other than metro station, for short routes one can use Dubai Tram. Residents can easily find a tram at the Jumeirah Lake Towers Tram Station, which is almost 6 minutes away from the building. Discover the neighborhood Jumeirah Lake Towers, commonly known as JLT, is a sought-after mixed-use community of Dubai. A project of Dubai Multi Commodities Center – DMCC, it is set around four man-made lakes and an area for parkland. With an easygoing community vibe and a range of amenities, JLT has become an ideal residential community for families as well as individuals who want to live close to the bustling Dubai Marina.Main attractions in the area include: Dubai Marina Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, JBR Beach, Phobia Dubai, Escape Quest, JLT Park, and a wide range of restaurants and cafés in the area.The community offers direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road that makes the rest of Dubai more reachable. The residential hubs like Dubai Marina and JBR are minutes away from JLT if you are driving via First Al Khail Street. Also, There is the DMCC Metro Station which is right next to Cluster D and then the Sobha Realty Metro Station next to Cluster S. For other clusters there are the feeder buses JLT1 and JLT2 which are conveniently dotted through the area. - Maintenance works are currently ongoing on the floor until June 10th. - The pool is temporarily closed.
