    “the flat is very big and comfy. large wrap around balcony. good view of the town and sea. close to the harbour and lots of restaurants. we were allowed to check in early which was much appreciated. parking is a must is Sarande so this was a plus.”

Our property is located 1 minute far from the beach, and it is close to all amenities. On the building there are 2 supermarkets a lovely Bar at the ground floor name SWEET LIBERTY where you will find delicious HOT CHICKEN WINGS, Cocktails, Coffe, snacks and a lot more. Guest call our building beach building, because of the location and the way it looks :) Apartments Serxhio, the destination where you’ll meet, love and identify with the most perfect dream of vacations you have ever had. The breathtaking view from all the balconies facing Saranda town and a the crystal water of the sea where you can never find anywhere else. Serxhio offer you a new dimension in the meaning of hospitality.
I am working for Apt Serxhio since 2013. I studied Medicine and work during summer period. My proffession makes me good host, i understand the need of my guests and i try to help them as much as possible.
Our neighborhood is famous for the location to the beach and close to all the best bars and restaurants of the town. The famous boulevard of Saranda is 1 minute from our building. Ksamil, Butrint is 15 km from Serxhio, where there is a bus station in front of the building coming every 30mins during summer period. Blue eye is also very close. The famous Lekuresi Castle is only 25 mins by walk.
