With a capacity for six people, this entire and fully equipped house, near San Martin Park and Castelli Park, 15 blocks from the city center, and close to hospitals and various healthcare centers, ensures a comfortable and pleasant experience for all guests. We welcome pets with prior notice. If you have a pet, please inquire if it is suitable for our facilities. Small pets are accepted. House features: Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed and a trundle bed, ideal for families or groups of friends. Covered and private garage for one vehicle, ensuring the tranquility and safety of your movements. For those arriving in a van, we have a private parking lot just three blocks away. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the gallery and patio, and if you like to grill, we have one available for the exclusive use of our guests.
