Comfortable apartments for 2 to 4 people in the center of the City of TUNUYÁN, Mendoza. They have air conditioning (hot-cold) Electric heaters in winter. Free WIFI Smart TV bar fridge Complete private bathroom with toiletries (shampoo and soap). Kitchen cabinet with crockery and cutlery. Microwave oven. IT DOES NOT HAVE AN ANAFE, OR OVEN TO COOK. It has an electric jug and a box with infusions (coffee, milk, tea, cooked mate) You can request practice cots and high chairs for babies. Patio with open gallery, arbor, tables, grill and gas stove for shared and free use.
The accommodation is attended by its own owners. Entrepreneurs, tourism enthusiasts and willing to provide services to those who come to the Uco Valley willing to rest, do business or work. Communicate. 5.4.9.2.6.2.2.6.9.2.0.5.2.
Excellent location. Two blocks from Avenida Gral. San Martín (center of the City of Tunuyán) and one block from the Bus Terminal and Tourist Information Office. Less than a block away you will find markets, bakeries, pharmacies, wineries and gift shops. You can visit the Paseo Costanera, the Lombardy Park, the Municipal Amphitheatre, the Fishing Club and its lake. Also 40 km away is the Return to the Homeland Monument and the Historic Apple Tree. Along the way there are various wineries to taste exquisite wines.
