This common space has video surveillance cameras and double security doors, managing to provide an exclusive and safe space within the building. The property is located in a strategic location for different objectives in the city of Rosario. Sanatoriums (Americano, Centro and Delta), Teatros La Comedia, Sala Lavarden, and Teatro Astengo. The Pedestrian Cordoba is only 150 meters away. Just 50 meters from the Calle San Luis Shopping Center (Wholesalers and Textiles). In front of the building you will find El Palacio de la Oportunidad (Multi-item business with very good prices). The units are studio apartments of 30mts2. Recycled in October 2022 to new. Full bathroom. Single yard. When you arrive we will provide you with all the cultural agenda that the city offers and we will advise you on the different ways to get around Rosario.
