The apartment building is around 30 years old. Nothing super fancy form the outside, but the apartment itself has been very recently and beautifully restored. It’s really comfortable and cozy. There is no security personnel in the building, but there are cameras in the entrance as well as a magnetic access system to enter and leave the building. As for the house essentials, it’s all included. The apartment. Is fully equipped to enable a pleasant stay.
I’m an Industrial Engineer working in the professional services industry since 2011. As a business traveler, I’ve developed a passion for hospitality and I’ve acquired extensive experience and really valuable learnings that must be shared and put in practice in my home town. Now I’m part-time dedicated to providing quality accommodation services and a great experience to my guests.
The neighborhood is safe, and it’s very well located, at meters from the pedestrian street where the main commercial area of the city is located. Centrally located, there is a garage across the street as well as street parking. Street parking is charged during workdays – pay at the machines on the street corner. There are numerous little bar/cafes surrounding the apartment and a walk along the Parana river is pleasant (~6 blocks away).
