The private pool and an outdoor shower offer cooling on hot summer days, or you pay a visit to the nearby bathing lakes (Stubenbergsee or Neustift an der Lafnitz) in the area. Even the four-legged favorites are most welcome, which can be safely accommodated in the specially fenced area in the garden. The property borders directly on the nature reserve of the Lafnitzauen, this offers numerous hiking and biking trails that lead across meadows and forests. Free bicycles are even available for an excursion into the countryside. The shopping city of Oberwart is only 15 minutes away by car. Those interested in art and culture will get their money's worth in the various cultural centers, wine bars, museums or castles. Those looking for relaxation and wellness will find a large number of thermal spas within a radius of 20 km.
