Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. I used to have many positive feedback for my listing but i had to reopen my acount and all are gone. I would guarantee, you will enjoy the place and neighbourhood. Place seems a bit far from center, but you will reach Stephansplatz in 22 minutes via public transport from home. The place is heated very nicely and you will feel quite warm at Top floor apartment with open view to a green park.
I am available from my number. Feel free to ask anything in mind before booking. I have been using Airbnb often in another countries when travelling. I prefer a distance from owner after I am checking in and enjoy trying to discover the city and areas around the home. I would expect similar from the guests, and they are welcome to write me anytime.
The district is quite calm comparing to city crowd. Lots of green areas, beautiful riverside and lakes. I would suggest our guests to look up following areas which would be possible to reach via walk or city transport easily: Alte Donau (obere alte Donau) Badeteich Hirschstetten CopaBeach
