The apartment has an area of 31 m2 and is fully furnished including a new air-conditioning unit, a 55" 4K TV, and a recently upgraded unlimited internet (5G WiFi, 250Mbit download and 50Mbit upload speed) with an additional ethernet socket next to the office desk. It has a queen bed (mattress size 160x200cm) and a two-seater sofa. The kitchen includes a Ninja Foodi mini-oven, an electric stove, a microwave, a blender, a Nespresso machine, a French Press coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and further standard kitchen amenities. The apartment is self check-in, keys can be picked up from a lockbox any time between 15:00 and midnight. Once a reservation is confirmed, a link with the steps for the online check-in is sent. Our online check-in process requires guests to fill out their personal information, upload a government-issued ID, and accept our house rules at least 48 hours before arriving at the property. Guests will receive detailed self check-in instructions and a lockbox access code only after the online check-in is completed. The self check-in instructions and the apartment brochure are written in English. Communication is possible only in English. Only registered guests who completed the online check-in are allowed to stay in the apartment. No visitors after 10 PM. No third-party bookings. Paid garage parking called "Garage Fiakerplatz" is located right in front of the building (costs 8euro/day). Long-term parking is also possible.
