After falling in love with this beautiful 6.5 hectare property, we bought it and looking through the early titles discovered it had been sold 110 years ago for the princely sum of 17pounds. So we named it 17pounds and built our dream. Establishing the garden was no easy task, but the result is a true delight. Our objective in the garden was that it needed to be edible on the left side and architectural on the right. Once the house was built planting around the house began, and it continues.
