Property information

Only 350m to the beach. This property is in the perfect position only walking distance to both Dicky and Moffat Beach, and the shops. It is fantastically set out for families and well equipped for a relaxing holiday! The lower level has a separate kitchen with dishwasher, dining room with table and chairs, and lounge room with 80cm Tv, Dvd player and stereo. One bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom with one Queen & single bed, and the third bedroom with a set of bunk beds. There are full laundry facilities, toilet and separate shower. The upper level has a lounge room with 51cm Smart Tv and Dvd player. Main bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite with shower and toilet. Large deck off lounge area with outdoor sitting and barbeque. There is also a double lock-up garage. Please note the air conditioning is only in the upstairs living area and the 2 back bedrooms downstairs. Linen is included, beds are not made due to the linen hire company used. Each property has a refundable bond which will be charged when your balance is due.
