*N.B - Partially Air Conditioned. Unit 6 Seabreeze on Sunshine is a spacious well appointed apartment that captures a lovely ocean vista from its elevated location in Elanda Street. There are three good size bedrooms, with the master enjoying a spacious ensuite with corner spa bath. The other two bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom that is centrally located in the hallway opposite the units own fully equipped laundry. This master bathroom has a full size bath tub with shower. The kitchen is stunning and generous in proportion, has all new appliances, and overlooks the fully tiled living area to the view beyond. Relax on the balcony, soak in the views and the gentle breezes. Enjoy the short walk to the Sunshine Beach village shops, restaurants, the Surf Club and the patrolled beach out front. This is a great family apartment that is all on one level, is ultra modern and has lovely fresh interiors. Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
