Stunning river and city views with free on site parking This cosy, well equipped apartment is your perfect base in Brisbane. Walking distance to Roma St Station, Suncorp Stadium, the restaurants and bars of Caxton Street, Queen St Mall, Southbank, Botanic Gardens and more. The views are stunning! You can enjoy them from almost everywhere in the apartment - the bedroom and the little reading nook, the large sofa/sofa bed, the coffee bar with stools or from the dining table with gorgeous new early settler chairs. The apartment has a well equipped kitchenette with hobs, dishwasher, and a combined convection oven and microwave. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower, with great water pressure. There’s also dedicated working desk and high speed wifi. There is free parking available in the underground on site car park. The spaces are not allocated so we can’t 100% guarantee you’ll get a spot, but we have never had an issue finding one. There’s other parking available nearby though. Please note the car park is quite tight, so some skill is needed if you have a very large car. There is paid communal laundry available in the apartment block. This unit is part of an apartment block that also contains a hotel and is managed independently by us to give you an excellent stay.
