There is a bus stop located close to the property as well as Taxi and Uber services in and around Hobart if you do not have a car. This property will be sure to delight. There is a sunny open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a heat pump/aircon. The bathroom in the property also houses the laundry facilities. There is a large deck with patio furniture and a grassed area, with breath-taking views of the River Derwent and Mount Wellington mountain range. We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started. Please note, to access the apartment, you will need to descend a set of stairs and walk down a gravel path. The apartment is regretfully unsuitable for wheelchair access. Cosy Cottesloe is in a block of 4 units and it's situated underneath another unit, but they both have their own private, external entrances and individual car parking spaces. There are CCTV cameras outside that monitor the car park and entrance to the property, but there are NO cameras inside the property.
