The rates for all apartments include housekeeping twice a week, while garbage will be collected every day. For any extra requirement, please confirm with management upon checking in, fees may apply.

We have limited Pet Friendly Apartments upon request. Please confirm with Hotel when booking to ensure availability.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $60 per pet, per (night/stay) applies.

Bookings from areas within metropolitan Melbourne may not be accepted when made within 24 hours of arrival. Any bookings made without an address provided will not be confirmed until a valid ID and residential address is provided. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry on the above basis.
