I love property and nice places and have been renting my own homes for short stay accommodation since before AIRBNB was born! My hosting experience started in 2010 with Red Cottage. Today, Bluff Cottage and Nelson Cottage are mine to check out. Along the way, I've also had the pleasure of helping friends out with their own rental properties. Festing Cottage was an early one. I did that with Don. Today it is Annies Place and Foreshore Apartment 104 in downtown Albany, and the quirky Gairdner Cottage in Spencer Park. That is for Duke and Hilde. I complete my work with the supported of a fantastic bunch of cleaners, gardeners, rubbish collectors, tradies and the like. Each one of them is super special! Not only because they do their own jobs so incredibly well, but because their support enables me also to work as a sales rep in the local real estate industry.
