Wake up mere moments from Sydney Wharf in this quaint, single-floor North Sydney residence. On one end of the home is the kitchen with its timber flooring and combination of old-meets-new finishes. There is a dishwasher for easy cleanup as well as all the essentials for cooking at home. The light-filled living and dining area features a four-seater table, perfect enjoying meals at home or setting up a laptop to work from home. A comfortable three-seater chaise sits in front of a large 85-inch TV. Outside is the communal garden area should you wish to sit amidst a lush, green open space. In the bedroom you'll find a plush queen bed alongside a bedside table with a lamp and a reading chair for immersing yourself into your favourite book. The retro bathroom features a vanity, quirky tiled floors, and a shower, plus a washing machine. There are clothing lines and a paid communal dryer within the complex.

North Sydney sits across the harbour from the CBD and is home to some wonderful parks, such as Milson Park with its beautiful jacarandas less than a 5 minutes walk from home. Stroll over to The Flying Bear for a waterfront breakfast and coffee, enjoy an exciting play at the Ensemble Theatre, relish in a dining experience you won't soon forget at The Botanist and top it off by coming home and having a glass of wine snuggled up on the chaise.
