Our family home is on the property at Glenberrie. We love to meet guests on arrival and then give you the privacy to relax and enjoy your stay. We are more than happy to give advice on the local area at any time. At times, you may see us across the property tending to our animals, orchard and vegetable garden. Our drive way is shared with the retreat so you may see our cars during your stay. Cook up your own full breakfast with freshly baked sourdough, eggs from our chickens and locally sourced milk and bacon. Guests can even pick their own vegetables from the veggie patches and fruit from the orchard.

We are enthusiasts with a keen interest in sustainability and all things outdoors. Ask us for top tips on mountain biking, hiking and kayaking around local forests and beaches. You will often find us with our young family bike riding, walking or tending to the garden and are always available for advice around the area.

Kangarilla is a peaceful Adelaide Hills Community which includes vineyards, rolling hills, tall river red gum trees, small farms and heritage stone cottages. Close to Forests and Wineries, thirty minutes from the airport and beaches. Close to Mclaren Vale wineries, cafes and restaurants. There are lots of great cycling and walking trails surrounding this area. There is no public transport to Kangarilla, although Uber and taxi's do service the area. Most guests tell us that the short drive to get here (40 minutes from Adelaide City or 30 minutes to the Airport) is a real highlight. Bring your bike if a keen cyclist and we can show you our favourite trails both on road and off.
