With its sought-after coastal setting, this immaculate townhouse has the best of Hervey Bay on its doorstep with a bright and modern design, made for easy-breezy living. There are two bikes with helmets available for your use to make the most of its Esplanade address. Ascending from the garage, you’ll arrive on the lower level. The open plan living and dining area is fitted with air-conditioning and comes with a four-person table for meals at home. This extends to the kitchen, fully equipped with a breakfast bar and sleek, stainless-steel appliances. Relax on the cosy sofa fronting a wide-screen TV as you slide the doors open towards the courtyard creating a beautiful transition between indoors and out. Dine alfresco soaking up the fresh sea air, while the fenced backyard allows pets to spread out under the sun. Three plush bedrooms accommodate up to five guests, each with ceiling fans to keep you cool. There is a single bedroom on the lower level, as well as a bathroom with internal laundry facilities. Heading upstairs, you’ll find two immaculately presented queen-sized bedrooms, with the lovely master opening to a private balcony and boasting its own TV, air-conditioning and a full ensuite. The main bathroom on this level offers a spa bathtub and an enclosed shower. There is undercover secure parking for one car.

The suburb of Pialba is recognised as the city centre of Hervey Bay, nestled on Queensland’s stunning Fraser Coast. It offers myriad shopping, cultural and sporting pursuits, including the family friendly WetSide Water Park and fantastic playgrounds along the foreshore. Follow the Links Corridor, an environmental walking and cycling track from Pialba all the way to historic Urangan Pier. This is a fantastic base for exploring the World Heritage-listed Fraser Island, iconic Urangan Pier or joining a whale watching cruise as they make their annual migration between July and October. While visiting the region, stock up on fresh produce and local crafts at the Hervey Bay markets and dine at notable restaurants such as Enzo’s on the Beach and Eat at Dan & Steph’s.
