We are a busy married couple with 2 young children who enjoy living in Tasmania and sharing our lifestyle with guests, family and friends. We warmly welcome you to experience our beautiful Hamlyn House and we look forward to meeting you.

Our home was built in 1896 by Thomas Reibey Atkinson, grandson of Mary Reibey, who is featured on the Australian 20 dollar note. The Queen Anne architecture style home displays heritage features and period furniture. We have 4 upstairs rooms for guests, 2 with ensuites and 2 with private bathrooms. We serve continental breakfast and offer a kitchen for guests to share. Our garden is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

We are close to the Domain and Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens. Runnymede house museum is walking distance from our home. Hobart CBD is a five minute drive from our doorstep or a comfortable 20-30 minute walk. There is ample public transport to explore Hobart and surrounds.
