Three bedroom duplex centrally located on Queen Lane LJ Hooker Iluka is proud to present this spacious three bedroom duplex located in the heart of Iluka. This homely three bedroom apartment is the perfect home away from home. Its only a short stroll to; Bakeries, cafes, Post Office, Bowling Club, Sedgers Reef Hotel, fruit & veg market and IGA. Only steps to the river and town, even a passenger ferry to Yamba. You can park the car in the double lock up garage and spend your time leisurely strolling along the bay while taking in the picturesque views. Enjoy a BBQ and watch the world drift by on the mighty Clarence from the front patio area. This well-appointed three bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates 6 guests, has a large living area, two bathrooms, a generous sized kitchen with a dishwasher, family sized washing machine, air-conditioning and all the modern comforts of home. This property is located in Iluka where the magical stretch of pristine coastline and unspoilt heritage rainforest allows you to be as idle or active as you like. No linen supplied *Please note that sheets for the King size bed are supplied. (light weight doonas and pillows are also supplied)
