There is a TV, and Sonos for your entertainment. A split system aircon/heater unit in the living room ensures guests are comfortable and cosy year-round. Sit down at the four-person dining tables for a shared meal at home. The well-equipped kitchen caters to all your cooking needs with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. All cooking utensils and basic pantry items are provided for your stay. Both bedrooms within the apartment are beautifully styled with a premium queen-sized bed, each topped with hotel-quality linens. There are bedside tables with reading lights, wall-panel heaters and ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is perfectly presented with a combination bathtub and shower, toilet and basin. It's kitted with a hairdryer and complimentary boutique amenities. Guests can also use a communal coin-operated washer and dryer on-premise. You'll find an iron and ironing board within the apartment. Guests can unwind on a shared outdoor deck or in the communal garden, an idyllic spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a good book. A street parking permit will be issued but availability is on a first come first served basis.
