Penguins Rest is situated in the award-winning Tilbury Cove complex & is a single level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. The holiday villa w/ its own private courtyard. Walkthrough into the open plan living area which opens onto the balcony & looks out over the water & beyond. The kitchen is equipped w/ dishwasher, all cooking essentials you will need, alternatively walk out into the private courtyard & cook up a storm on the BBQ whilst again looking out over the water while you cook. The parking for this villa is 1 small/medium car in the garage & 1 other car parked parallel to the Unit. Any other cars must be parked off the premises. This is a Strata complex & Strata By Laws must be adhered to at all times when staying at any of these villas.
