A modern resort styled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, with two living areas, ideal for family or group bookings. The Space: Master Bedroom with Ensuite: King sized bed with ample wardrobe and storage. Views of the front garden. Bedroom two: Queen sized bed, with close access to the main bathroom and separate toilet. Bedroom three: King single sized bed, with close access to the main bathroom and separate toilet. The home offers two living spaces, one in the main house area, along side the kitchen/dining, great for those who like to be part of the action. The other, is a fun space that looks out over the rear tropical garden. The large 4.5 meter long glass bifold doors open up to the rear garden, so you can take in the fresh garden air while you enjoy some quiet away from the main house area. Our dedicated home office/study is equipped with large Apple iMac and high speed WIFI for guest use. The kitchen is spacious enough for two or three to comfortably cook together, and is equipped with most things one would need to prepare a range of culinary delights. There is a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine for guest use, and complimentary tea and coffee is available for guests to use. The rear deck and garden with lawn, is great for the kids to play in, and there’s a BBQ available for guest use too! At the end of our street, just a 20 meter stroll away, you’ll find our lovely local oval, with natural creek, two playgrounds, a cricket pitch, football goals, and basketball/netball half court. Up the hill a little, is the Happy Valley Reservoir which is very nice to walk around, and you can even grab a coffee at the pop up coffee van to take on the walk with you! This is a prime spot to see the local Kangaroos, as they graze and laze the day away. We hope your stay is enjoyable! Please note: External security cameras present.

Your host, Lauren, is not on site so we’re unable to attend personally, however should there be need of urgent assistance or you have concerns to raise, we have a dedicated local team at the ready to assist. For anything else of a non-urgent matter, please reach out via the messaging service between 7am and 10pm, and we’ll happily help with any questions or queries you might have.

The home is set in an established, leafy, quiet suburb. The surrounding homes are mostly owner occupied and the neighbours are friendly, so be sure to give them a wave as they walk past! Public transport is available on the adjoining street, otherwise Uber or Taxi services can take you to most destinations.
