Downstairs are two restaurants, 'The Reef Bar and Grill' and 'Spice Monkey'. Both have fabulous views of Wallis lake and a wide variety of delicious meals. If you have a couple of drinks its very close to home! The Reef 103 features 3 spacious bedrooms opening onto a large wrap around balcony with private BBQ and filtered lake views. Relax in the open plan lounge dining with good quality soft furnishings, flat screen TV, DVD and Foxtel. Fully equipped ultra modern kitchen with stone bench tops, dishwasher and microwave. The master bathroom has a shower and bath with separate toilet. This property has reverse-cycle air conditioning, a lift and single lock up garage in security parking.
