I was told I would receive an email a couple of days before arrival regarding lock box number and code. Unfortunately, I had to call Nuve Escapes the day before our arrival to chase up the lock box number and code. The same thing happened on our departure I had to send an email headed URUGENT instructions on where to leave keys to unit 9J. We departed Easter Sat and as their office was closed the only option I had was to send an email. Luckly someone checked their emails on a public holiday weekend and advised us to leave keys in the apartment. Not very professional in my opinion. Regards Kim
