In this first floor apartment, there are two bedrooms to comfortably sleep a family of 5 with a Queen, two singles plus a trundle bed. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath, and bedrooms are spacious with west facing balconies. Washer and dryer provided. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing, and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher, emptying, and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller, and microwave. We do take a pre-authorisation of a credit card for the security deposit. No Parties Or Functions Permitted.
