** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** "Treetops at Ventnor" is a family friendly 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** Upstairs, the main kitchen/dining/living area with a TV, DVD player and a reverse cycle split system, has access to the fabulous upstairs deck. Also upstairs are three bedrooms and the main bathroom. Downstairs, the large living room (with TV, DVD player, reverse cycle split system and Coonara-style wood heater) look out at lovely greenery. The 4th bedroom is also downstairs as well as the 2nd bathroom with a combined washing machine and dryer. ** Outdoor Areas ** The upstairs semi-covered large rear deck provides distant views of the water to enjoy while using the BBQ facilities and relaxing in the natural surrounds. The large grassy (non-enclosed) back garden is a bonus for families - big enough for backyard cricket etc. The single car carport is accessed via the downstairs living area with space to park a small boat in the driveway too. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso Essenza mini coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a sink, pantry, fridge, electric oven and cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** Each of the two living areas have a reverse cycle split system, every bedroom has a mobile heater and pedestal fan and the downstairs living room has a coonara style wood heater. ** Bedroom Configuration: ** Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One set of single bunk beds Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Double bed and one set of single bunk beds ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
