The third floor contains 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet with shower, 1 dryer, 1 washing machine, 2 balconies, gas heating, 2 air conditioners 1 in the living room and another in the bedroom, video surveillance around the house, 2 gates on remote control, pool maintenance and gardens by arrangement, automatic lights.
