The apartment is located on the top floor in a luxary building with an elevator right next to the main pedestrian zone, restaurants and bars. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, and has an amazing spacious and sunny terrace with a spectacular view of the city skyline. All the furniture is unique, selected with great taste. All necessary appliances are available. The open space apartment consists of: - comfortable double bed and wardrobe - living area with modern big sofa, large coffee table and flat TV screen - fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, and all necessary cookwear and utensils. -washing machine - bar table with 2 stools - spacious modern bathroom - sunny terrace with garden furniture The apartment also offers air conditioning, free high speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, linens and towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer.
The apartment is located in a quiet street in the very heart of the city right next to the main pedestrian zone, restaurants and bars, near to the Festival and Congress Centre - Varna. Easy and quick access to the sea garden, sights, museums, and the beach. The bus stop to the airport, and Golden Sands resort is nearby.
