NOTHING SHARED. Complete kitchen with Appliances. Balcony, living room and laundry. Our house is on the FOOD ROUTE, near the most beautiful beaches of Florianópolis. Property surrounded by trees, PURE AIR. We have Superhost Seal. We offer you a small office with deck, computer, printer, paper and sound system. We provide bed sheets, bathing clothes, bathrobe, things needed for personal hygiene, iron, hair dryer and shampoo. Twenty different fragrances Soap. Bathroom with three shower heads. Laundry room with washer & dryer and sink. Beach Kit: beach towels, umbrella, chairs, thermal box, bodyboard and kayak. Living room with reclining chairs, and hammocks. I am a translator/writer, designer and technical drawing freelancer. My wife is a reflex therapist, she cooks very well too. She knows good wines as well. We are both retired and we stay at home all day long. We both speak English fluently for 32 years. We learned English by ourselves at home, it took a little while. But it was worthwhile. For over two decades we lived with people from 21 different cultures. Our lives were greatly enriched by experiencing different taste and ways of thinking. My major influencing on my English learning developing was Mr Jefferson D. Bates who worked as writer on NASA for 4 decades. We wrote letters to each other in the past. I wrote my own 500 page English grammar text book. Today we spend our time at home, taking care of the little garden, doing some maintenance, watching documentaries and getting in touch with friend, lots of them. What we enjoy most is to get to know people of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds – this is what enrich our intellectual heritage. We love people of all nations and tribes
Calm beach, but the main attractions are the historical buildings, the whole town is well kept, really, really nice to visit, relax and to eat fish and oysters which are farmed here! •Great, older traditional fishing village that has added many tourist type attractions for visitors. Fishing, jet-skis, boating, windsurfing, are all available. Restaurants of all types available for all budgets. •Charming beach, small little village with great restaurants right by the sea like Ostradamus bar and restaurant. Great food and a special view. •This wonderful village, with its Portuguese colonial houses, friendly people, located in the very south of island de Santa Catharina, is almost a hidden treasure, away from the tourist waves that go and fill other sites such as Lagoa da Conceição. Nice views from the sea and the sightseeing of the distant oyster farms, some nice car rides through its coastal road, nice typical restaurants to taste its local oyster. It is almost a little paradise on Earth. Not to miss! •Enjoyed a day trip to this charming village for lunch and a view of the beach. One if the quieter areas on Santa Catarina and well worth the drive to this cute village. Sm
