Comfortable house in a gated community with lake views, concierge and 24-hour security, playground, restaurant and bakery. The residence has a swimming pool, cable TV Globo Play WiFi, barbecue, in the condominium has a playground for children, parking in front of the house, and also 5 minutes walk in front of the lake and close to the beaches. Enclosed yard, your pets are also welcome. Pernambuca, near Praia Seca and 36 km from Arraial do Cabo. Guest access: Within the residential complex - 800 meter salt lake, trees throughout the complex, hiking area, restaurant, bakery, playground. Further observations: Quiet place, with lots of birds, vegetation and very airy. With a beautiful lagoon and a great swimming pool at home.
