Spacious and ventilated house right next to Julião beach in Ilhabela! The simple yet warm home is there is a minimum distance from the beach, just walk around the wall of the house to reach the delightful beach. The house has 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom. Its 2 double beds, single bed, bunk bed and mattresses comfortably accommodate 12 people. The balcony with the barbecue facilities and the huge table invites everyone to come together for a delicious barbecue while relaxing to the sound of the birds that are in the woods around the house. The hammocks on the veranda overlooking the lawn and the forest invite you to a moment of deep relaxation. The sound of the river and the birds help a lot with the environment.
Hello, a little about me ... Engineer, born in Sao Paulo but currently living outside Brazil. Since 2017, I have been responsible for renting the Recanto Sonho meu - Ilhabela, a house built by my family over 30 years ago. I really enjoy working with vacation rentals because it allows me to meet and serve people. I want to make this a good experience for both of us, so that we can exchange ideas and perceptions! Feel free to contact me whenever necessary, it is a pleasure to serve our guests.
The house is located on the main road towards the south of Ilhabela. Access is easy and the place has sufficient parking space. The house is located very close to Julião beach, less than 50 meters away from this paradise. Praia Grande can also be reached easily with a 500 m walk. 50 m from the house you can find a bakery where you can buy bread every morning and other foods, being a great convenience store.
