The kitchen is to your right as you walk in. The first bedroom is located on the front side of the property with the other two having ocean-facing views. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Off the sitting room onto the patio you can BBQ, lounge and enjoy the tranquility of the islands. There is parking for 4 cars in the recently landscaped lot.

Available when guests need me, but we have a property manager on-island for emergencies

We are off the Queen's Highway, the main road that runs through Great Exuma. The house is right on the beach and there is no noise from the traffic on the beach side. Renting a car is the best option
