The views and excursions are absolutely absolutely amazing. The staff are extremely nice. We will be back for sure.

we only stayed one night at the resort. the landscaping is stunning. our villa was beautifully decorated and a one minute walk from the restaurant and bar. the mountains and rainforest are lovely here. the mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.

This is where you should go when you want to be in the jungle - in style. We stayed in the newer rooms, which are 74 steps up the hillside; wonderfully designed rooms: fresh cut flowers, large windows, beautiful views of the hills, outdoor daybed, hammock, large shower with full windows, and a private plunge pool. The property is actually very big. We rode the free bikes to the orange orchard and a bridge across the river on the property. Each guest is assigned a personal representative to assist with your stay: we had Jean- and she was very kind. We rented a car and were able to visit a cave and blue hole park that were only five minutes away. Restaurant was very good too.

Fabulous setting with lovely grounds and landscaping. Diverse lodging options. Lots of recreational options at the hotel including bikes, kayaks, SUPs, and great hikes. Close to a fascinating cave.

Sleeping Giant is an incredible reserve on acres and acres of beautiful Belize jungle. The rooms were large and clean with big beds, great showers, coaches, and outdoor space including hammocks. Every room seemed to look out onto something wonderful from mountains to rivers to trees. The sound of water over rocks permeates the reserve and there are trails through orange groves and across hanging bridges. Bikes and kayaks are also available as are scening viewing decks including one 300 feet up that looks over the whole property.

Our river view room. It was huge, multiple areas to sit and relax as family or individually. Absolutely loved the soaking pool on the patio. Don;t know how I lived so long without!

Spending days surrounded by the rainforest was truly wonderful. There were so many great places to explore - hiking trails, scenic outlooks, fruit groves - along with the accommodations being clean and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. The property itself is sprawling and stunning. There are some great areas to hike and explore. Our Creekside Cottage was beautiful and in a quiet/private part of the property. It had an outdoor hammock and bath, large living area and bed, and you can hear the rain pattering on the roof of your cottage as you go to sleep.

The staff were very kind and remembered your name when asking for information. Food in the hotel Restaurante was excellent and special request for items granted.

The land scape and layout of the lodge was very beautiful.
