Important Notice: • Please note there is a staircase leading to the unit. • There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations. • For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building. • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
