The management and staff were very accommodating and friendly. We brought our U11 hockey team and they were very patient and understanding with all of our active team members. When we made special requests, the staff were very friendly and happy to try and make that happen. I also really appreciated the call back when we forgot something in the room after checkout. Although we completely forgot to stop and pick up the item before we left, I really appreciated receiving the call right away. Thank you very much.

CanadaVery clean room with kitchenette....microwave, fridge, cupboards and one of the most comfortable beds we've had on this trip. The couch and TV were well placed and we discovered little night lights in the bathroom. The breakfast had a lot of choices of cereals and pastries, juices and drinks. Staff was very attentive keeping items stocked and tables clean.
United States of AmericaOur dog really enjoyed the ground floor room with a door out to the rear patio. Hot breakfast included eggs, hash browns, sausage, waffles and the usual assortment of cold cereals, bread, rolls and bagels.

CanadaWe stopped here for one night on our way back from Bella Coola to Vancouver. This is a standard BW. Props for the strict observance of COVID protocols! The family suite (two queen beds, plus a king bed in a separate room) was very spacious for our family of four, and good value for a room this size. Location is a bit out of the way, but Williams Lake is small so everything is a short drive away. Internet is decent, though not superfast.
