Come stay in our Brand new Luxury townhouse located 1 min away from 401, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 washrooms. Get shopping list ready as property is behind Cambridge Smart centre, lot of shopping and entertainment options. Travelling to Milton, GTA, Go bus to 2 min walking distance from property. Lot of Car parking, parking for 2 cars on the drive way, 2 cars in Garage, 1free guest parking. 10 mins Drive to Waterloo International Airport. Open concept fully equipped kitchen With cooking essentials (Salt, pepper, cooking oil) with breakfast area. Spacious 2 Master bedrooms with walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2, 3 - Queen bed. Shared washroom for bedroom 2, 3 Sleeps Up to 8 Guests High Speed WiFi Washer and Dryer in house. 55” Smart Tv Bathroom fully stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, body wash, lotion. Keyless entry to Double Car Garage. Guest can access property via Garage. No garage parking allowed. Guests will have access to the whole house, including: → Living, dining, and kitchen area → 2 main bedroom with ensuite bathroom with standing shower → 2 additional bedrooms → 3 full bathroom, and 1 powder room → High-Speed Wifi Laundry room access with washer and dryer is available to guests staying 5 nights or longer. For stays shorter than 5 nights, laundry room is accessible with a small fee. Unfinished Basement and Garage parking is not accessible. No shoes in the house. It is our goal to keep a clean home for our guests' comfort, so please join us to ensure the home is clean and comfortable for you and others.
