This two-bedroom, one-bathroom suite situated in the second floor of Chalet l’Abondance, offers plenty of ways to relax and take in the wonderful scenery of Mount Bromont, such as from its own private terrace or from the Jacuzzi outside. The bedrooms are provided with a TV, AC and a working desk. The first bedroom, called the King's Bedroom, is furnished with a king-size bed, a balcony overlooking Mount Bromont, large windows on two walls that fill the room with natural light, a large multi-usage walk-in closet with ample storage, a mini fridge, a Kering coffee maker and a washing area with washer and dryer. The second bedroom, called the Knight's Bedroom, is fitted with a queen-size bed and an adjacent full bathroom with two sinks, a modern shower and a free-standing bathtub. The common areas available to guests are: 1- A luxurious glass room on the main floor surrounded by panoramic windows with views of Mount Bromont. This is the ideal space for a peaceful breakfast, a vibrant dinner, or evening cocktails. 2- A fully-equipped kitchen on the main floor with a large island, top-of-the-line appliances, and three different coffee machines (Nespresso, Keurig, and regular). 3- A cozy seating area on the main floor near a beautiful fireplace and a television. 4- A game room in the basement, with a variety of board games, a BabyFoot, a PlayStation for all ages, and a sofa-bed. Hosts may be present, but guests can request exclusive access during certain times. 5- BBQ on the main terrace, 6- The outdoor luxurious Jacuzzi offering a magnificent view of the mount Bromont. 7- Outdoor fireplace, 8-A trampoline and a swing for the pleasure of the children. Finally, the excellent location offers a wide range of activities nearby such as golfing, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, water slides, aerial parks, outlets-style stores, and a variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes that are just a short drive away.

Although I am a scientist, my real passion is meeting with people from different cultures. I have been living in three different countries and travelled in 6 continents, from Mexico to Singapore…from Albania to Switzerland...Now settled in Quebec with my small family, I am hosting travellers coming from Canada and the US and I would love to catch the attention of travelers around the world and offer them a high-end accommodation with unparalleled comfort focused on their well-being, while they are away from their homes. By sharing this Chalet with my guests, I found a way to give back to the community a part of myself and my love I feel for people and life itself.

Chalet l'Abondance B&B is situated in Shefford town between Mount Shefford and Mount Bromont. Shefford, named No. 1 city of happiness in QC (according to Léger survey in 2021), enjoys an exceptional location: 1 hour from Montreal and easily accessible by Highway 10. Golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, water slides, aerial park, outlet stores and restaurants are all just a 5-10 min drive away from the Chalet. Bromont is the largest illuminated ski area in North America with 450 acres of skiable terrain, 141 trails, 7 hills sides and 4 peaks. The new cutting-edge LED lighting system implemented in 2017 improves skiers experience by increasing visibility and reducing glare, resulting in brighter and more uniform light dispersion. In the summer, the site becomes a water park with a heated wave pool, rafting rivers, water slides totalling several kilometres, and alpine luges. From May to October, the site offers the largest mountain biking area in Eastern Canada, with 24 downhill runs for all levels. The mountain also provides nearly 40 kilometres of multi-use trails for a range of mountain activities: hiking, trail running and enduro or cross-country biking.
