Property information

Main Floor: Enter through the spacious mudroom with ample space to store all your outdoor wear complete with heated floors. Store all your adventure equipment (bikes, skis, boards...) in the private 1-car garage. As you pass through the mud room you are welcomed into the main living area full of natural light and surrounded by trees. The kitchen features all new stainless-steel appliances including a wolf Dual Fuel Range, a Sub-zero fridge, dishwasher, and microwave drawer. The beautiful custom cabinetry is continued into the dining room, which seats 8.   The living room features a stone surround fireplace, the perfect backdrop for any occasion. There is a flat-screen TV, and lots of seating perfect for entertaining or relaxing with a movie. Just off the living room is the first private balcony. On this balcony, you will find the BBQ and fire table. Relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the snow falling or the sun shining through the trees! Enjoy indoor/outdoor living all year round. This floor also has a powder room and laundry room, both with heated floors.   Top Floor: Up one flight of stairs is the first primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen tv (smart TV, no cable), stone surround electric fireplace and ensuite bathroom.   The ensuite has heated floors, an enlarged curb-less shower, free-standing tub, bidet toilet, heated towel rack, double vanity and sinks all completed with the beautiful custom cabinetry that runs throughout the rest of the home.   Bottom Floor: The remaining bedrooms are located on the lower level. The first bedroom features the second primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite with a shower/tub combo and heated floors. 2nd room has a double bed, and 3rd has 2 twins. There is a shared bathroom with a shower for the second and third bedrooms. This floor has a private balcony with a private hot tub!

Neighbourhood information

This unit is located in Whistler’s Creekside area in Taluswood. Approximately a 5–7-minute drive to the main Whistler Village and a 3-minute drive to Whistler’s Creekside base. This home offers walking access to the nearby ski trails to Lower Dave Murray and the 2010 Olympic downhill course to the Creekside gondola. Please note that this ski trail access is suitable for intermediate-level skiers and is not suited for beginners. To reach the ski-out trail, walk about 300 metres down to the exit of the Taluswood Complex and then walk 2-3 minutes up Nordic Drive to the sign for the ski-out trail. From the ski-out trail, ski down the intermediate Lower Dave Murray Downhill run to reach the Creekside Gondola. The ski trail home is located above At Nature's Door Complex alongside the Lower Dave Murray Downhill run on Whistler Mountain. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. A vehicle is necessary, as the public bus service does not go up to the Taluswood area.   Taxi service is available. A year-round hot tub and pool are exclusive to this complex, which is located about a 10-minute walk below the unit. This quiet setting is perfect for guests who do not want to be right in the village hustle and bustle but appreciate the convenience of being close to all Whistler has to offer.
