Situated in the stunning development at Bayview Place in the Encore building, this 1 bed, 1 bath with extra single murphy bed unit provides all the luxuries for a stay away from home. The spacious dining table can slide out to comfortably seat 6. Resort-style living with amenities which include an outdoor swimming pool (seasonally closed) with heated cabanas and gas fire pit, fitness center, amenities room, full-time concierge and secured underground parking and bike storage. Dog-friendly building with 2 off-leash parks nearby. One block to the harbour, location of the International Marina, Boom and Batten restaurant and Spinnaker’s pub and a quick walk to downtown Victoria. On the Victoria bus route as well as being located 2 blocks from a Harbour Ferry dock for quick access to Fisherman’s Wharf and other waterfront Victoria locations.
