Please note that our property is suitable for toddlers and children under 12. Younger children are welcome. Please note the

home is not baby proofed.

Please note that, no unregistered guests are allowed. Large groups (8 or more people entering the house guest or visitor) must

provide a $1000-$1500 rules/damage deposit & a signed short term rental agreement. Any special

gathering should be disclosed at the time of booking. (There may be additional precautions required)

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Please respect the noise curfew. This includes turning off music and having visitors and

non registered guests leave.

Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics, fireplace,

stove, oven & any running water when you leave the house. Don’t forget to

close the windows and lock the door.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. A surcharge of $100 applies for late check-out hours. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.

Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security

deposit.

Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Scratching the floors could be very costly to you.

Please note that, No illegal substances, items or activities allowed on the premises.

Please note that illegal activities such as filming is prohibited at the property.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.

Please note that all couples must present a marriage certificate upon check-in.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform 5 amazing bedrooms in suburban delight! in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of CAD 1,000 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
