A charming old home with pleasant outdoor features. Quiet and cozy. Our home will charm you as much has it has us! A super cozy, old miner’s house that checks all the boxes. Located within walking distance from all of our small town’s commodities. At “The Flat Spot” you will be just a few steps away from the beautiful Tulameen river or the quiet neighborhood park. You might even be lucky enough to see a deer or two! The proximity to the river’s crossing makes this house a unique bird watching spot, at any time of the year. The two covered patios will have you enjoying the private yard, even on rainy days. Our luscious spot is fully fenced. And of course, the barrel sauna will make your winter visit that much more enjoyable.
I will be available during your stay to help if anything should come up. Always available for communication.
Parks, rivers, and wildlife sights… all within walking distance. There is a general store just around the corner and a bowling alley not too far away. A coffee shop and a gym are just across The Brown Bridge, as well as all the Town’s amenities. Plenty of parking in the private driveway and on the street. The town also has taxi and bus services. Amenities in walkable distance.
