What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. -Our home is a basement suite and there are also short term guests living upstairs in the main level. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units. Our house comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 2 Queen beds and fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. *Please note* -All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.
