You will find a private beach, 4 swimming pools, sauna, turkish bath, jacuzzi, gym, playground and green areas. A perfect balance between nature and access to restaurants and supermarkets, among others (3 km away). Enjoy a unique experience in an apartment designed to rest, stress-free. We furnish this thinking of offering you a comfortable, elegant and functional space. We have put effort into every detail so that you have an unforgettable vacation. Our apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, which has 2 spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. The main room has a queen bed and the second consists of 2 single beds. The living room has a sectional sofa bed. The spacious balcony has a side view of the sea, comfortably furnished and has access from the main room and the living room. The apartment has air conditioning in all spaces. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and 3 smart TVs. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Benefit from washer, dryer and water heater. We offer covered parking for your convenience. The building has a beverage vending machine. If you want delivery, the Las Ramblas shopping center offers this service. Morros has wide ecological pedestrian paths. The fauna and flora make these a unique experience. The residential complex has a private beach and its own security. Umbrella reservations are free and in high season the service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Of all the amenities we offer, the gym is the only one that requires a reservation and is made in the lobby. Enjoy a semi-Olympic pool (single line) and 3 more with their respective rest chairs. The jacuzzis are open at the same time as the swimming pools. The sauna and Turkish are available during the day. We are in one of the most exclusive sectors of the city. Nearby we have restaurants, supermarkets and commercial premises. The Karibana Club is a short distance away where you can enjoy the only golf course with ocean views in Colombia. If you want to go to the historic center, it is only 18 minutes by car. The Bocagrande and Lagito area are about 25 minutes away. The Uber service can be very expensive compared to public taxi. The area has taxis in the shopping center, but they tend to be delayed. If you want a VIP experience, we recommend calling Fidel Ignacio (at the time of check-in we provide his contact). If he is available, he is a trustworthy person. In case of emergency, one of the best hospitals is just 7 minutes away - Centro Hospitalario Serena del Mar. And if you need medicine, there are several drugstores in the shopping center (call to see if they offer delivery and if they are open 24 hours a day).
