Property information

This luxury four-bedroom villa is situated within the premium gated community of Preseve Tamarindo. You will find an spacious living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen. Just steps from the beach and about fifteen minutes on foot from the downtown Tamarindo. Enjoy the private pool and the deck where you will be able to have a bbq with your friends and family. The gated community has direct access to Playa Tamarindo (3 minutes) and Playa Langosta (1 minute) All four bedrooms in the villa are well-equipped. They each have air conditioning and en-suite facilities with waterfall showers. One of the master suites comes with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, which is perfect for families with 3 or more kids. Rooms are independent between each others so you can enjoy of your time together with the group in the living room, kitchen and outdoor spaces, and relax in your room when needed. In the kitchen, there’s everything you’ll need to prepare light snacks or more formal dinners for up to 10 people.

Neighbourhood information

Casa Tamar is located in the private gated community Tamarindo Preserve, with direct private access to Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. Tamarindo town center is only 15 minutes walking from the house or 5 minutes driving and you will find there shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies... Important: at the front door of the property there is space to park 2 vehicles. If you need cleaning services during your stay, please let us know, we will be happy to help.
