Welcome to Chillin Karlin, a two-story air-conditioned flat suitable for 6 people in attractive Prague Karlin district, in walking distance to the centre. This spacious apartment offers everything you need: two bathrooms, two bedrooms and sleeping couch, free parking, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a stunning view and many entertainment options like table football, Arcade a Playstation and more. The area is safe and very quiet but also offers many popular coffee places and restaurants within walking distance, as well as shops and supermarkets. There is a charming park right in front of the house and other parks nearby. Karlin is the place to be in Prague. It's one of the best areas in Prague if not the best. Our apartment is very close to the city center. You can either take a tram or a metro. It's a 3 minutes walk to the tram station (Urxova) with trams nr. 3, 8 & 24 going regularly to the Old Town (9 minutes) or Wenceslas Square (10 minutes), Prague main bus station Florenc (6 minutes) as well as O2 arena. (10 minutes). Metro is a 6 minutes walk (Krizikova stop, B line) and it takes you to the city centre in 6 minutes. Forum Karlin is only 5 walking minutes away. If you prefer Uber and Bolt, they work in Prague very well (around 5-6 euros per ride to the city center). We offer you a parking spot at parking garage 5 walking mins from the flat for free. Parking is also available in front of the house and free on weekends (Friday 22:00 - Monday 8:00) and paid during the week. Please let us know in advance if you are interested in garage parking.
